Welcome to the McLaren High Higher page
Brief Intro.
Each Higher Still course is split into three
units. At the end of each unit you are
required to pass the unit assessment, which is tested at a level which is
called minimum competency. This means
that this is the absolute minimum you need to know to pass the course. Once you have passed the unit assessment, you
will probably be given an extension test which will pose much more difficult
questions. The questions at extension level
are the type of questions you will need to cope with to get an A or a B pass in
your final exam. Contained within each
of the pages linked to the bookmarks below are problems at both unit assessment
level and extension level with worked solutions.
